Since its release, users have found Layouts to be a powerful feature for cleaning, organizing, and systemizing your CRM Record data capture.
Users have also let us know how Layouts can be improved upon, and we listened.
Now, Layouts can be attached to specific Property and Project Types.
No more clicking through your Layouts when switching from Industrial, to Office, of Retail properties!
The best part? Your selected Default Property (or Project) Layout Types are saved within your account - each user can set their own Default Layouts!
How to Setup Default Property Type Layouts
1. Open any Property and click Layouts > Manage.
2. From the Page Layouts dialog box, click Property Types on the bottom-left.
3. Each Property Type can be assigned a Layout, simply by selecting a Layout from the dropdown:
Once Default Layouts are set, click Save to apply your changes!
How to Setup Default Project Type Layouts
Open a Project and follow the exact same steps from above -
1. Click Layouts > Manage, then click Property Types on the bottom-left.
2. Assign a Layout to the desired Project Types and Save your changes.
