    Troubleshooting MarketEdge Forms Not Working

    MarketEdge takes the thought out of financial analysis for you, letting you enter key assumptions and financial data to analyze your property to package in presentations. However, certain enabled web browser extensions can hinder your RealNex MarketEdge experience. This guide walks you through practical troubleshooting steps to resolve common MarketEdge data entry forms (internal popup box) issues, such as the Escalations & Reimbursements popup form disappearing or not showing up when trying to use it.

     

    Disable Browser Extensions

    Not all browser extensions cause MarketEdge form issues, so to isolate the problem, first disable your active browser extension. Follow the steps below to disable each active extension.

     

    • Right-click the extension.
    • Click "This can read and change site data" >"When you click the extension" (repeat for each enabled extension).

    Adjusting this setting impacts your entire browser, not just RealNex/MarketEdge.
    • Reload MarketEdge and confirm forms are working.

     

    Finding the Culprit Extension

    Follow the steps below 

    • Right-click the extension.
    • Click "This can read and change site data" > "On all sites" to re-enable it.
    • Reload MarketEdge and try using a MarketEdge form.

    If you find a culprit, disable the extension again and continue to the next one

    • Continue on to re-enabling the next extension until you have audited each one.
