    Full Database Export from CRM


    To export the records, first, open the table you wish to export (Contacts, Properties, etc.). 

    Next, click the Reports button on the toolbar, directly above the Cards section:




    You’ll be given an option between Selected Records or All Records in Current Query. Selected Records requires you to check the checkbox on each record you wish to export. The Current Query will only export records that you have filtered. If no filters all set, this option will export all records.

    At the bottom of the list of Reports are Export Reports. These include the primary fields and the Unique IDs for those records.

    When exporting from Properties, this will also include the linked Contact IDs, and the Contacts export report will include the linked Company IDs.
