When sending Deal Room links in an email the entire address must be included in the hyperlink –and this includes the final “==”. Some email clients will not include the final “==” when you Copy and Paste the link. To insure your clients are able to access your Deal you should insert the hyperlink into the email. In Outlook, for example, on the Insert tab you would click Hyperlink and then paste your link in the Address box.
