Use Save as a New Scenario to create alternative financial analyses of the same physical property/location. Open the Property and at the top of the Property, you will find the "Scenario" dropdown. select "Save As New". This will create a duplicate financial data set of the current Property. Open a Scenario from the same Property drop-down menu. Scenarios are for the same physical property/location and marketing material is shared among its' Scenarios.
