This error will occur when the RealNex LiveSync Agent is not connecting properly to the server.
Please ensure you close out of the sync tool completely by going into the system tray on the bottom right side of the screen right clicking on the blue and white CRM LIVE icon. In the context menu, select Exit to close the program. The next step is to run the sync tool as an Administrator. This can be done by going to the start menu, typing in “realnex”, and right clicking on RealNex LiveSync Agent
There you will see options appear one of them is (Run as Administrator)
This should bring the tool to work as intended if it does not insure your system Time is correct. If the time is not correct or more this can cause the sync to get blocked by our servers.
