Available in an Owner Rep analysis type, Commissions can be entered as an amount, a percentage of the rent, or as month 1+ %. You can set the Month of occurrence; allocate the expense, or some percent of it, over a Term by using Pct Financed, including its Rate. You are limited to a straight line equal division and distribution of the reaming commission over each of the months within financed period.
