From the General Data Tab, mark the Leases you would like to compare as ACTIVE to view the side-by-side comparison from the Summary Tab.
From the Comparison Reports section in the Presentation, select "Total Results Comparison" and "Base/Gross Rent Comparison."
For a Lease to appear on the Summary tab and in the reports it must be marked "Active" on the General tab.
