RE Exchange (Real Estate Exchange) allows you to send all the financial data and general information of a property to, and receive the same from, any MarketEdge user. This is found from the "Share" drop-down menu.
To send the Property to Customer Service:
- Select 'Post Property to RE Exchange...,' select the Property and the Scenario and then click on "Send to Customer Service"
To send to a MarketEdge user:
- Select 'Post Property to RE Exchange...,' select the Property and the Scenario, Select 'Individual' and enter their Email address and click on "Send."
To search/receive:
- Select 'Search RE Exchange...,' select 'Individual Exchange,' to search for/select the Property and click on "Import"
- Otherwise, select 'All Available Exchanges' to scroll through the exchange,
- Select 'Global Exchange' to scroll through available properties posted by the community, or
- Select 'Academic Community' for some Properties you can practice with.
