Default Global (General) Vacancy - found at PROPERTY | Refine Global Vacancy...
Annual (Turnover) Vacancy - Speed Analysis Option on the Income Tab
Annual (Turnover) Vacancy - Rental Income section on multi-family Income page
Lease-up Vacancy - entered in the Rental Income section on the commercial Income page
Turnover Vacancy - entered from Reimbursements & Renewals found in the Rental Income section on the commercial Income page. This is the percentage to be taken in the first year of each renewal Term as an integer.
