The Property Type you select determines the depreciation schedule and the default Income page type. Commercial properties are depreciated over 39 years and have a commercial Income page. Residential properties are depreciated over 27.5 years and have a multi-family Income page.
To change the Income page use Override Analysis found in Global Values of the Property drop-down menu. This forces a multi-family analysis to a commercial Income page or a commercial analysis to use the multi-family Income page.
