The Speed Analysis Option allows you to quickly enter a lump sum monthly amount for Rental Income or a lump sum annual amount for General Expenses without entering the line item details. No data entered is lost when selecting or deselecting the Speed Analysis Option.
Note:
By default, the Pro Forma Market Rents and Pro Forma Market Expenses is the same as the initial data entered into the line items of the Rental Income and General Expenses tables.
Expense Reimbursement will not occur when the Rental Income Speed Analysis is active.
To activate the Rental Income Speed Analysis make sure that it is checked. To activate the General Expenses Speed Analysis make sure that it is checked.
