    User Management


    Add or Edit CRM User Accounts:

    1. Open Database Manager on the computer where the SQL server is hosted.
    2. Login into the SQL server.  If you forgot your SA password, you should be able to login with Windows authentication.
    3. Click User Account.
    4. Here you can edit any of the user accounts in your system or add a new user account.
    5. Log back into CRM with the new or updated credentials.
