How do I remove turnover vacancy from my analysis reports?
Tenant Turnover Vacancy assumptions are entered in two different places based on the property type:
MultiFamily - Income tab, each Tenant line
Commercial - Income tab, Reimbursements & Renewals, Lease Renewal Details, Turnover Vacancy.
Enter the Turnover Vacancy percentage to be taken in the first year of each renewal Term as an integer.
