    CRM Live Not Loading

    If your REA Live is not loading, following these steps should resolve the issue:

    1. Open REA Live Sync Tool
    2. Click Sync, then turn off Auto Sync
    3. Click Help, then Delete Account and Data
    4. When REA Live Sync Tool has finished deleting data, click Setup sync
    5. Enter a name for the online database 
    6. Enter the RealNex email and password associated with your account
    7. Everything should now be syncing
